Laboratory Services: Currently in Laboratory services I do plastic product design, injection mold design, injection molding, metal injection molding and measuring with various 3D measuring devices like laser tracker & scanner combination and CMM. Projects: Since 2020 my main task has been building, operating and development of multi robot metrology assisted production workcell. Some milestones of workcell: 2021 most of the hardware installed 2022 Fanuc Roboguide programming and simulator environment for workcell up and running and calibrated. First welded assembly made without metrology. 2023 Lot of machine vision work and learning Fanuc irvision for part pick up. Implementation of laser tracker and scanner. New programming environment, Metrologic X4. First metrology assisted welded assembly, 6 degree of freedom position correction for assembled parts. Education: Support and guidance for Karelia's Bachelor of Engineering degree. Laboratory practices for metrology, robotics, machining, injection molding, hydraulics & pneumatics. I have also held automation project course (4 credits) for mechanical engineer students.
