I had the pleaseure to work with Matti while he was in Signode as a Country Sales Manager. During this time I came to highly apreciate Matti for his strong abilities to drive and improve the business. Matti turned the sales organization into a true team and because of his sucess he was asked to also take over the leadeship for service and back office functions, which he did with great success. Matti left Signode in a much batter shape and with the foundation needed in order to be succesful. Matti has many great skills, but the one that stood out for we was his ability to form a team and together with the team meet and over achive targets set. I truly hope that our paths will cross again in the future!
