In charge of the analysis of the sociological influences in sport performance.Cultural analysis of youth in Parisian Region. I started in 2015, at the PSG Academy alongside Carles Romagosa and David Hernandez where our project was to structure and strengthen the Institution, particularly in relation to the club's culture, identity and values, throughout the whole Academy. Under the aegis of PSG sports and scientific board (Mathieu Lacome), I supported all the young talents in individual and collective optimization (U16 to U19).
