Matthias is one of the most competent persons I got the chance to work with and I am thankful for all the good work practice I got to learn from him. He has always a business and team oriented mind. During the past couple of years he proved excellent coaching skills while training the Roxar Downhole Inside Sales team. Over the years, and as a direct result of his great work, Matthias gained a strategic key role in our team. The managerial board consulted and trusted his opinion in complex business matters. He has a very strong knowledge and comprehension of technical, commercial, sales and marketing aspects within a multinational industrial environment in general, and for the oil and gas industry in particular.
