Supervised the DFM project (Daimler Fleet Management) in Switzerland from initialization to implementation on the Swiss fleet market. During the implementation overall responsibility for setting up appropriate structures and processes for the design and implementation of (front-end and back-end) online tools, as well as for drawing up various agreements. All project-related activities acted as an interface between project team and national as well as the DFM headquarters, Stuttgart/Germany, steering commitee.
