worked on 2 major projects: AnaCredit and IFRS 9. AnaCredit: Responsible for the entire implementation plan of AnaCredit (Analytical Credit and Credit Risk Dataset). This project was focused on the needs of the company itself by making a gap-analysis, reporting tool and compliance analysis. Thanks to the hands-on mentality and coaching of my mentor, I increased my analytical skills as well as my creativity. IFRS 9: This project was in collaboration with the risk manager and the CEO of the company. The goal of this project was to create a more reliable representation of the expected loss on underperforming and non-performing loans. I learned how IFRS 9 works, what the challenges will be for the banks in general and how to deal with IFRS 9 in general. Beside these 2 major projects, I learned the working of the bank in general.
