I mainly bid jobs and market the business at this point. We now have been in business over 20 years, now completing around 120 homes and businesses each year. We have anywhere from 5-10 employees painting in the field with a qualified crew leader or foreman managing each worksite. All of our employees are drug-screened and background-checked. Our painting and pressure washing company is a registered painting contractor with the State of Indiana. Most of our work is in Warsaw, Winona Lake, Syracuse, Leesburg, Goshen, Columbia City, Fort Wayne, North Manchester, Lake Wawasee, and Lake Tippecanoe areas. Our painting firm carries General Liability Insurance along with an Umbrella Policy to protect your home or business. We also maintain Workman's Compensation Insurance on all of our painters. All of our painters are employees rather than subcontractors. In addition, on-going training and mandatory safety classes are provided for all of our painters through Painting and Decorating Contractors of America and The Safety Training Solution. Our uniformed painters are committed to customer service. When we come out to bid your project, we present you with price on the initial visit. A packet is also provided for you which contains our insurance information and hundreds of positive references with phone numbers. This packet also contains detailed information on what you can expect on your interior painting, pressure washing, or exterior painting projects.
