Dr. Louise Suckley

Matthew is a conscientious, proactive and reliable individual who makes a significant contribution to the team. He is able to understand complex tasks very quickly and complete them to a very high standard within the required timescales. Although he is comfortable and confident to seek clarification, this is rarely necessary and the work he produces always meets and often exceeds expectations. When Matthew has encountered a barrier to completing a task, he has considered all the possible solutions, researched these solutions, and made recommendations for which course of action to take. He will always provide an update if such difficulties are encountered and will give an estimation of the impact this will have on the timescales. His high level of competence, autonomy and professional approach to his work has enabled the team to set Matthew more complex tasks that will stretch him and he has completed these tasks extremely well.

Esther Edwards

Matt, is an absolute dream to work with. He is hardworking, pro-active, creative and motivated. He is an excellent team player, very reliable and has a very positive attitude. He has been instrumental in developing our social media presence and strategy and in gaining buy-in from across the organisation. Matt is very level headed and can be relied on to deliver. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
