The box...? Matt was born outside the box. Quite different than those who dare to only think in that space, Matt not only thrives but delivers. As for myself, and probably others that have the privilege to work with him, I have learned that "work" can be interesting, exciting and even, dare I say it, "fun". Thanks Matt...

Christopher Di Dato, ex-Google, IBM, eBay, HP.

Matt is one of the most innovative, ambitious and technically driven architects, I've ever worked with. He brings leadership and confidence to any project and has an uncanny way of drawing the best out of engineers while solving customer issues with extremely technical solutions. Matt's an asset and an MVP, if you get the opportunity to hire Matt take the opportunity and don't look back. If you’re an employer and current have this talent pool on your team, there's an old saying in show biz you can apply here, "keep your talent happy".

I led efforts through the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process for many designs involving Microsoft Live Communication Server, Microsoft Internet Security Accelerator, and Internet Protocol Television. Initiation of these projects included a project charter, resource plan and non-labor cost estimates. Through the first gate (High Level Design), I documented the detailed business requirements, high level design specifications, Bill of Materials and resource forecast and project schedules. I then gained approval to proceed to design. At the second Gate (Low Level Design), I established the low level design and detailed build plan and gained approval to proceed to execution. Entering Gates 3 and 4, I analyzed factors that could result in project conflicts. I then reserved test environments and secured testing resources. This was followed by a detailed test deployment plan. Technical Assistance and Management Services (TAMS) were drafted, along with planned Automatic Incident Detection (AID) and monitoring. Moving to gate 5 (Deployment Readiness), comprehensive testing was conducted. I detailed the deployment plans for production and documented the test completion results. In gate 6 TAMS/AID was finalized. A project completion report detailed findings and stakeholder sign-off was achieved. This resulted in a high quality solution that met customer expectations, reached completion on time, met cost estimates and worked effectively and efficiently in the current and planned Information Technology infrastructure.
