Matt and I worked together in a variety of roles at Usability Sciences. This guy was a rock star in all of them! Among Matt's many top caliber skills are his relentless analytical prowess, his creative problem solving, and his forward-focused leadership. His efforts went a long way to develop our services offerings/methodologies and internal business processes. Additionally, his project work consistently resulted in client satisfaction of the highest order. I'd happily recommend Matt as a top choice for any employer or team.

I have worked with Matt on multiple occasions on different projects and found his knowledge and expertise in usability to be exceptional. He's very easy to work with and was able to provide us with great insights and recommendations in improving our projects. He is skilled at facilitating great feedback from our customers and also understanding user needs beyond what they expressed directly. I would recommend Matt as a great asset to any company.

My responsibilities span the entire software development lifecycle, from roadmap management to feature identification and requirements gathering to development and implementation to documentation and on-going end-user training. During this time I’ve become certified as a Salesforce.com Advanced Administrator and a Salesfore.com Developer. Additionally, my extensive involvement with the Salesforce Community spurred my recognition as a Salesforce MVP in the Spring of 2011. As an MVP I strive to participate in the Salesforce Community whenever possible by answering questions, giving guidance and advice to those newer to the platform, and evangelizing the voice of the user back to Salesforce.com.
