I frequently work alongside our sales staff to interpret client’s needs and research objectives and design methodologies that will deliver the will provide results based on their objectives. Once the project is scoped and agreed to, I direct all aspects of the research process, including test plan development, moderating research sessions, and delivering findings and recommendations back to the client. Additionally, I work in a leadership capacity to train and mentor newer analysts. I also work closely with the VP of Operations to keep a pulse on the operations group, provide input on issues that may be impacting the team, and recommend process improvements that will benefit the company. To date I’ve consulted with a wide array of clients, including Salesforce.com, Agilent Technologies, Dell, Discover Card, Eli Lilly, Hewlett-Packard, Kohl's, Office Depot, Texas Instruments, M&T Bank, P&G, Verizon, Cisco, Autodesk, Intel, NASA, Moen, W.W. Grainger, and Kaspersky Labs across 10 countries in North America, Europe, and Asia.
