Matt is a fantastic programmer, one of the finest I've had the honor of working with. During my time working with him, he was an Associate Programmer, but don't let the title fool you; he was my go-to guy for difficult issues and gameplay bugs. Matt was always on time with his work, even when he would get a mountain of bugs to fix from other people's work. He quickly established himself as a programmer that could tackle *any* task, which meant he ended up owning our weapons system, cover system, action manager, ladder system, and more. He had a positive attitude through it all and was awesome to work with. He also established himself as the best FPS player at our company. I can't recommend him enough, as he'll be a valuable asset for any organization. It would be a pleasure to work with him again sometime.

Matt is one of the smartest young talents I've encountered. There wasn't a problem we could throw his way that he couldn't surmount in very little time. As such, he managed to collect a tremendous amount of experience across pretty much all game systems for the Agency MMO. His feature work was througoughly implemented and anything that might have been unforseen was usually fixed the next day. His main claim to fame was probably the Agency's gun based weapon's system which was configurable in every conceivable way and then some. Matt's awesome playtest K/D ratio may have made some supicious since he owned the weapons game system but it was all skill there too. He is a fantasic team player and I would work with him again without hesitation.
