Talwyn Whetter
I worked alongside Matt at Serendata when he was the Head of Product and I was Managing Director and I highly recommend him. We faced a typical start up journey together with big highs and terrifying challenges but throughout, Matt brought a different perspective and was regularly there to challenge and jolt me into new ways of thinking. He is first and foremost, a team player - understanding intuitively that everyone has a role to play in a successful team and supporting me to bolster the team when they needed an extra push of optimism or motivation. Finally, I was impressed by his ability to switch from the absolute tactical (what we needed to do to maximise progress in the here and now) and the strategic - helping shape our thoughts on the longer term journey and the integrity of our product legacy.
