  As Director of Estimating, I hold a hybrid estimating/project management role critical to supporting rapid expansion at this start-up company focusing on commercial building, high-end retail, and multi-unit residential projects. As Director, I deliver leadership and oversight to a team of three Estimators and Draftsmen responsible for preparing accurate and qualified estimates, producing shop drawings and renderings for submittal, and managing shop fabrication tickets.
