This involved conducting feasibility, economic modelling, developing commercial policies, overseeing the creation of the single unit model and network model, developing the franchisee profile/recruitment framework and overseeing legal documentation development.𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴This included responsibility for building the marketing team to lead all marketing/brand strategy, PR, campaign planning, NPD, LAM, digital , e-commerce and creative. This involved the creation of the MyMotto Membership platform that grew to 50,000 members.𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆This included transforming the Group’s supply chain. Projects/achievements included: transforming the central kitchen into a profitable and sustainable food manufacturing brand to create a vertically integrated group, developing a 1 distributor strategy, introduced rebates/structured pricing for franchising, separated our manufacturers/growers/importers/distributors on separate & transparent agreements.
