• Group Reporting Analyst – Hyperion Administrator

  My responsibilities in this role were various. Firstly, as Hyperion Administrator I supported the group consolidation and reporting process through development and maintenance of the Hyperion database. Secondly I was part of a project team to rebuild and upgrade Hyperion. This project was a Group sponsored initiative where redundancy in the existing system will be eliminated and efficiency gains will be generated for users. My key accountabilities include developing and maintaining data interfaces between Hyperion and other reporting tools, building and developing standard group reports, remapping the existing chart of accounts, providing a Help Desk function for Hyperion users and co-ordination and liaison with key operating business units globally. Lastly, I implemented a software package “UpStream” to load general ledger data into Hyperion. This software was implemented globally as it enabled considerable time savings at month end and maintains data integrity.
