Matt is the most driven person that I know. Once he sets his mind to something there is no stopping him. I have seen Matt in many different roles ranging from a football team captain to a member of a leadership board for a charitable organization and in every situation, Matt establishes himself as a leader. You will never hear Matt say "I need to do this" and "You need to do that", it is always "This is what we need to do". Matt has the ability to lead people without an ego which is a very rare quality in any environment. I would highly recommend working with Matt if you are looking for someone that won't stop until the job is done and has the ability to work with anyone.
