Matt lead the fraternity through a very tough time. He was responsible for rebuilding and creating a new vision. Through working with Matt, I saw his passion to lead, and have others follow. He had to make the tough, and sometimes not popular choices for the best of the group. He demonstrated maturity beyond his age, and would be a great addition for any work force. I would recommend Matt for any positions that requires leadership, and that would need a clear vision to succeed. He has proven himself to me to posses those abilities.
