Ingus is an excellent software engineer executing at a senior level. Not only he is technical, mainly focused on the front end stack but his soft skills are top notch. He took on several lead roles for teams and led them successfully to hitting their goals. His down to earth and relatable personality makes him effortless to work with. He certainly puts the "fun" and brighten up any room. He is also very goal oriented and puts in 110% in getting task and projects done to meet the deadline. Highly recommend him to any team or organization.
