I have had the pleasure of working with Matthew while opening the Gaylord Resort & Convention Center. Matthew was the Sr. Vice of Business Development with Xclusive Services. One of the most significant challenges we faced opening the resort was a 2% unemployment and as such we had to seek assistance from Staffing Services. Xclusive was highly recommended by Marriott International and was one of 3 companies we were looking to work with. It was Matthew Bell whose professionalism and hands on approach to helping us solve a variety of staffing problems prior to opening and upon opening that led us to select Xclusive. Matthew regularly met with me as the General Manager to validate quality of staff, continuing changes in need areas, and unique needs that would require last minute planning.
