Matt is an extremely hard worker and competent individual who takes pride his job duties. He identifies with his place of work, a characteristic difficult to find in the younger generation. For the three years that I worked with Matt, both as a co-worker and his supervisor, I have enjoyed working with him and recommend him for any position.

Greg Avakian

Matt was the manager during a staff transitional time and was able to incorporate new policies and duties for approximately 25 student staff. In addition to managing staff, Mat put into place upgraded safety procedures and is a CPR/First Aid Instructor. He is a dedicated employee who has both the respect of his co-workers and supervisors.

Steve Garcia

Matthew is a hard working individual that really pays close attention to detail. From the get go Matthew depicted superb managerial skills which aided him in supervising his peers at Cal Poly. I have great confidence in Matthew's work eithic and supervisory skills and would recommend him for any supervisory or management position.
