  Four days a week one of the high school students from the L.I.T. program and I perform landscaping services for elderly homeowners around the greater Pittsburgh area. One day a week is set aside for IM's or individual meetings with the students. Mentorship and discipleship are also key parts of the posotion which kist be regularly performed throughout the week, including the organization of a weekly bible study.
