Oversee daily operation and management of the RSP database and provide quality assurance of data as relates to over 900 student participants across 20 member school sites in order to successfully re-enroll and graduate Chicago youth. This includes serving as the principal liaison to external RSP program coordinators in terms of staff training and in order to manage relationships, review data needs, recommend and implement solutions, and respond to inquiries from school mentors and administrators.
