I had the privilege of working with Matt as a classmate and teammate while earning our MBA degree. His work ethic, problem solving abilities, and team commitment were above par and truly commendable. We worked on multiple large consulting projects together, where Matt sacrificed beyond his fair share of hours, contributing to flawless end products. In our Master’s thesis consulting project, Matt volunteered to take the responsibility of Project Manager, and he effectively delegated time sensitive tasks, and managed our team progress over a six project month period. When project hurdles arose, Matt’s cool and collected management technique guided our team back to task, often in quick recovery. Our project was subsequently acknowledged by RIT as the most outstanding project in our MBA class. As a teammate and project manager, Matt effortlessly earned respect of his peers and professors.
