Matthew and I were hired about the same time at Warm Health but started working directly together in the summer of 2012 when he became a Client Solutions Manager. Matthew supported several of the clients where I was Account Manager. He was able to join the team and provide strong customer support right away. With quick response times and problem solving abilities he gained the trust of the clients right away. As the change in our organization caused me to transition away from some of the clients, they all commented that they were comfortable with the change as long as Matthew continued as their Client Solutions Manager. I heartily recommend Matthew and would be only to happy to work with him again.
