I have known Matt Williams since 2008 when he worked are as Regional Sales Manager in the off trade within GB and have partnered with Matt across many roles over the past 7 years. Whether it has been customer management roles in GB, regional commercial Asia Pacific or Commercial Director roles in China I have been impressed by the quality of his strategic vision, his depth of commercial acumen, bravery, rigor and discipline. I was so impressed with his pragmatic results-oriented mindset during that time, that I tried to persuade him to come to Asia and join the APAC Commercial team in a critical customer role, which he did a few months later.
