Mathew is an incredibly professional military officer. Diligent, considered and very bright I was continually impressed by his quality and quantity of work. Exceptional interpersonal skills, he planned the UK largest and most complex military exercise in a multinational organisation, in a demanding defence environment. Mathew also took the time to provide me with advice and guidance, developing me professionally and personally. I would eagerly work with him again, and highly recommend him for any leadership or management role.
