My first introduction to Matt was when I was involved in interviewing him for his role at PVA Consulting Group. When the interview ended I knew that I had found a candidate who not only impressed me, but one that would impress the rest of our team. Recommending Matt for hire was one of the better hiring calls I have ever made. Beyond his friendly nature and ability to adapt to new roles and circumstances, Matt is someone who genuinely cares for both his team and the client. His focus on his own leadership development, both prior to and during his time at PVA has paid enormous dividends. Matt has grown into a Senior role on our operations team in quick order, and his ability to generate rapport and buy-in with the client has been second to none. This comes easy for him, as he has been able to relate and empathize with them, which has only made him a better consultant along the way. It has been a pleasure to work alongside Matt and watch him develop into a strong team player.
