      -To drive customer uptime as well as increase efficiency in all areas of our facilities. -Document, Audit, and record all customer work orders and requests. Monitor and diagnose all electrical and HVAC customer impacting equipment within multiple Data Centers. -Coordinate and Perform preventative maintanences for all but not limited to: Fan Coil Unit, Air Handler Units, Water Source/Air Cooled Heat Pumps, CRAC/CRAH units, Boilers, Chillers, Ice Plants, etc. -Manipulate, Monitor and troubleshoot all fire systems, fire pre action systems, Building Management Systems, and security systems. -Common day to day repairs including lock smithing, painting, basic electrical, lighting replacement, upkeep of property, janitorial/landscaping coordinating, customer service for all HVAC work orders, plumbing, troubleshooting/repair of all HVAC/Electrical equipment. Fire Life Safety response training for security and building personnel. -Create and release operating procedures and method of procedures for nation wide sites and proprietary sites. 24/7 Oncall to all Bay Area sites. -Consistent guidance and training of all security personnel from start to completion in multiple advancement programs.
