We have successfully ran numerous recruitment programs for companies who have come to Ireland and the UK, particularly Australian companies involved in the resources sector and also companies from the Middle East. I have successfully led a team of consultants and resource specialists, sourcing candidates and managing the recruitment process for our clients, be they recruitment programs of up to 70 interviews per program, through to one off key placements for our clients. Our footprint is truly global and we have placed numerous candidates in roles with our clients in Australia, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, China, Canada, and of course Ireland. The company continues to go from strength to strength and we recently opened our Australian office, which I now head up.   Director and part owner in charge of Design Recruitment within the Irish Market. We built this company to 15 consultants working predominately in the Irish Design, Construction and Engineering sector, and then with the slowdown in the Irish eceonmy, we refocused the business to international recruitment, predominately focused on the Middle East and Australia. In a short period of time the agency won 5 awards at the NRF Awards in Ireland, including Best New Agency, Best Small Agency, and Best in Sector. Was lucky to mentor and work with some great consultants, as well as work with some excellent candidates, placed into companies in Ireland and around the world, including Australia, Canada, the UAE, China, KSA, and Qatar. Set up international recruitment agency, Globester Recruitment on the back of this, with Business Partner and current Director of Globester Recruitment, John Duffy.
