Very seldom does one come across a young professional as well-mannered, ready to learn, & hard working as Matt Tucker. For a couple years, I’ve had the pleasure of being an inter-company customer of Matt. Our engineering projects benefit largely from input gained through the eyes, ears, and intuitions of our technical sales force. The accurate data and meticulous attention to detail provided to us by Matt had a profound impact on the speed which we have executed our new product development and product modifications. Matt regularly exceeds expectations. He is a quick study whom goes above and beyond what is required of him to help others excel. He has a broad & deep understanding of manufacturing processes and many other things. A quality I really appreciate in Matt is that he is a farmer in practice and at heart. He understands working very hard to reap his rewards. As such, he is very sensitive towards his work and how it affects those up and down stream of him. Matt will put in extra effort if it will speed up the next guy or save them a headache. He is a true team player and it won’t take long to grow a heartfelt appreciation of him. Matt would be great addition to the workplace. One letter of recommendation does not sum the praises I believe Matt has earned. I can’t overstate that I am jealous of any work force that capitalizes on Matt’s intelligence, comportments, and talent. There is no challenge to great nor detail too small to dissuade Matt from doing a reliably remarkable job.

      Started with this company when there was just the owner, his Nephew and myself working the machines. Setup and run production on Swiss CNC Lathes, For parts in the Automotive, Commercial, Electronic, Fastening, Flow Control, Hydraulic, Industrial, Marine, Microwave, Music, Telecommunication industries along with Various Weapon Components. Most parts were made with precision of Plus or minus .0002 of an inch. After growing with the company and more employees were brought on, I was given the task of scheduling production and managing orders to ensure they were completed on time. This involved calculating projected run times, tracking the orders through each process of the shop floor, and taking care of ordering any special tooling or supplies needed to complete the jobs with no delay to the customer. I was then brought on as a sales assistant and expediter, to help grow customer relations and take care of jobs that needed attention ASAP to get them out the door.
