· Adheres and enforces the established safety and product safety policies and all other procedures are enforced throughout departments. · Ensures all employees are properly trained on applicable plant, department and job specific standard operating procedures. Utilize the web-based NCTS or Customer Complaint Tracking System (CCTS) to address root cause and corrective actions of defective material identified internally and externally. Completes corrective action reports and addresses the defects to prevent from reoccurrence.· Conducts formal performance reviews at predetermined intervals.· Works with HR to resolve employee conflict and issues.· Leads and/or participates on continuous improvement initiatives for all Pre-Press Departments. Maintains established Lean/5S projects implemented Pre-Press Departments.

Is the lead person in graphics, he reports to the Graphics Manager. Helps other graphics coordinators in customer’s graphics. Reviews jobs to see potential problems and issues for press. Is in charge of all separations, through Esko pilot, Esko engine, Art pro, and Esko RIP. Color Management is a key roll in this position, to understand what colors to combine to make a certain PMS color. Is in charge of all color units for color on press, is also head leader on ColorCert for jobs on all press’s. Printing color accrete proofs for the coordinators to lead the press men to the correct direction.

A coordinator is part of the graphics team that works with certain customers divided amongst other team members. Performs daily check ups of graphics to see how far along each job are with the separator. Once these jobs are at the final stage of completion, they perform proper inspections. Inspections consist of checking for color builds / printer registration marks, exc., also file and create color master standards for the floor. They design dielines for customers, and design if needed also with placing artwork.
