Accounting duties include daily, monthly, quarterly and annual balancing of hundreds of general ledger accounts and various sub-ledgers; bank reconciliations; creation, tracking and disposal of fixed assets; and preparation of monthly financial statements for our Board of Directors and annual financial statements for our annual shareholder meeting; among many other duties. Special operations duties include interacting with all members of the organization across all departments, and many contacts outside the organization. I develop policies, procedures, forms and processes. I manage system and program configuration and logistics.
