From there when the company purchased the Faconnable brand in 2016 then using my experience on Hackett was able to use my skills and experience to allow me to improve and provide immediate results on the brand representation. Highlights include: - Management of Global creative team whilst there included the creation of new department structure of building the international team. - Direction & management of the brand strategy and execution with all creative elements within the company. - All events for all departments in the business and leading direction on all on-line styling content for the Hackett website and outlook of the brand. - As part of the senior team I am proud to be part of the re-branding the Hackett Brand and bringing the new direction of the brand to the market. - In the role one aspect was to continue to elevate the retail, wholesale and franchise marketplaces, working with country Managers and franchise partners. Managed & delivered the execution of new & existing doors (total of 1287 doors) - Constantly re-evaluating best practice in terms of budgets creating significant saving for the company on a year on year basis though new innovative solution was a constant for me in this role.
