      The Rainforest Cafe is located in the Downtown Disney area of Anaheim and is considered to be one of the highest volume locations in the West Coast. As a supervisor I'm responsible for ensuring that the guest is having the highest quality experience at the restaurant. If there are any guest issues or complications I'm responsible for the assessment of the issue, ensuring that the issue is resolved and the guest is left with an unforgettable experience.       As a server trainer at The Rainforest Cafe I am responsible for floor training in the restaurant. I take the servers from their classroom training and show them how it is to be applied on the actual floor of the restaurant. We get them hands on experience when dealing with guest and make sure they get comfortable with doing the job that this specialty restaurant requires. Also I am apart of the Landry's National Training Team(NTT). Recently I returned from Nashville TN where I helped open another specialty restaurant called Aquarium. The NTT's job duties included both classroom and floor training to about 95 new employees. Working roughly about 12-14 hour days I was involved with training some of the kitchen management team and the front of house management team in new specs and guidelines that are required by Landry's standards.
