Manages workflow for junior structural engineering staff in telecommunications group. Projects managed consist of many (50+) individual, simultaneously active sites. Produces and reviews Structural Analysis Reports associated with telecommunications installations on proposed and existing structures in Northeast & Southeast US, in accordance with local building codes. Structures analyzed include Equipment Platforms (rooftop, equipment room, at grade), Sector Mount Framing (rooftop, tower mounted), RF Transparent Concealment Framing, Telecommunications Towers (Self-Supported, Guyed, Monopole). Materials analyzed include steel, concrete, masonry, wood and fiber reinforced plastic. Relevant Codes and Standards include IBC 2009-15, ASCE7-05 & -10, ANSI/AISC 303-16, ACI 318-14, ACI 530-13, EIA/TIA-222-F & -G, AWWA. Independently developed analysis tools to reduce project engineering time by approximately 25%, now implemented across four Dewberry offices. Designs and drafts complex structural construction details in AutoCAD for new and retrofit installations. Includes roof dunnage and framing installations, tower and mount modifications, structural connection detailing.
