Matt is hands down, the brilliant person I’ve ever worked with. Matt immediately made a change in the school’s partnerships culture with his bright ideas to improve the relationships between parents, teachers, and students cohesively. I was always in awe regarding the creativity and innovation he brings - he has a knack for thinking outside box and turning vision from paper to reality. Most importantly his act of kindness and the sharing of knowledge among colleges, parents, students that have really portrayed his bright personality.

Matt and I worked together for almost 2 years at Teach First. Matt is very committed to ensuring improvements and sustainable change across the large and complex programme we both worked on. Matt had a depth of knowledge on the core issues as well as factoring in the emotional response of other colleagues and trainees that we worked with and for. Matt always asked the right questions to deepen thinking and ensure that the direction was well thought through. He is an exceptional coach, always asking deep and probing questions in a genuine and open way. During his time Matt oversaw significant programme changes at Teach First and drove innovation at both local and national levels. His legacy at the organisation will be long lasting.
