I had the pleasure of working with Matt during my first job in Australia at Westpac, back then he was my Manager and now a good friend. Matt had a big team reporting in to him and he handled multiple complex projects. His biggest strength is to approach pressure situations and conflicts in a calm, composed and structured manner. He values and maintains relationships that he has built over time and that makes him a great fit for a leadership role. I was also impressed with Matt's work ethics and the way he handled his team and truly believe that I couldn't have asked for a better manager for my first job in a new country. To sum it up, I would highly recommend Matt for any role includes - People management, conflict management and project delivery.
