Allyssa Baumbach, M.A.

I have known Matt for three years and have yet to see another person work as hard as he has. He is the type of person who is always willing to offer a hand no matter what the task. Matt is extremely passionate about the work he does and loves to help other people achieve their goals or simply offer a supportive ear. He deeply cares about others and puts a great effort into making lives better for other people. Matt not only ensures individuals' needs are met, but he goes above and beyond to give people a brilliant quality of life. As a result of his unique ability to connect with people, Matt has shown to be a remarkable mentor for staff, shift leaders and peers. As a mentee of Matt's, I can personally reflect on the compassion in his approach to teaching. He teaches others not only how to be managers, but how to be positive, impactful and supportive managers.
