I first worked with Matt Budd on a long since completed multi residential apartment development in Balwyn and following the successful project completion were keen to work together again. More recently I have worked with Matt in his role as Director of Design to achieve great outcomes on two high end apartment projects- one in Surrey Hills, which will shortly be commencing the Sales and Marketing campaign, and another in Balwyn which is in the town planning phase. I have found Matt to be a first class problem solver and lateral thinker who somehow invariably delivers a result which addresses the many objectives of numerous project stakeholders.
