Matthew was employed by me to provide general remote access IT support for both domestic and business computer users. This work requires a broad knowledge of IT hardware and software, excellent customer communications skills and a great deal of patience. All of which Matthew exhibited to a high degree. We also took on a customer support role for a leading accounting software package. Matthew was the lead support technician for this role and was highly commended by the vendor. Matthew worked with us for around 12 months. We were sorry to see him go and many of our clients still ask about him.
