Operate and maintain equipment critical to the company’s success; including E2, a sophisticated UV laser writing tool designed to print micro-structure lenses into film, and a developer designed to process the films produced by E2. Assists customers with testing using a two meter integrating sphere, a type-B goniometer, a small radiometric goniometer, a 3-D laser scanning Keyence microscope, and other test instruments to demonstrate how our products can be used in their various applications. Work with keeping work instructions up to date and training others to operate the instruments to minimize error. This includes developing and qualifying new products and setting control limits for the quality department to monitor. Also, works closely with the sale and marketing team to help develop show-booth demos to demonstrate our capabilities to new or existing customers. Show less
