  During my time as a shop assistant my duties involved stacking shelves, organising the store after closing and working on the till to serve customers. I also worked in customer services answering the phone to customers and helping unload the merchandise. Thus, I gained an appreciation for several roles which maintain a companies public profile and also an understanding of what creates an efficient and comfortable work environment for all staff members.
