In conjunction with Uni SA I completed all elements of the Internship program. MCBI is an education supplier providing learning and development courses using accredited professionals to facilitate a multitude of corporate training programs for organisations. These training programs specialise in business analysis, growth mindset, project management, culture and human centric design. MCBI also offers programs that are developed to the individual needs of their clients. In addition, MCBI offers consulting services with the goals of supporting businesses to make real change through their people. My experiences included: o Creating Zoho Surveys which allowed MCBI to gain crucial feedback from their clients regarding the workshop and trainers. o Using their CRM (Customer Relationship Management system) to manage the sales pipeline. o Marketing tasks that involved collaborating with a graphic designer to update workshop badges and logos and implementing aspects of MCBIs social media strategy using marketing intelligence to gain more market and competitor information. o Training and workshop event management by taking responsibility for organising and booking multiple venues for future workshops, organising specific equipment to enable interactive facilitation and reviewing training modules in readiness for the trainees, providing feedback and perspectives on the effectiveness of course material. Throughout my placement I experienced many practical applications of the theory explored in my degree.
