As the Colorado Regional Division Manager of Intrusive Testing I was responsible for all investigative testing projects in Colorado. My role involved nurturing relationships with attorneys that specialize/practice Construction Defect Law. In this management role I was responsible for teaching and improving skills to my three man team. We excelled in all of our projects over the last couple of years and our clients remained ecstatic with the caliber of work that we produced. This position required me to develop and nurture relationships with several engineering and architecture firms. These relationships were just as important as my relationships with the attorneys. Our reputation was constantly on the line when taking on projects from price to production and overall happiness of the engineers and the clients. Our goal was simple: Give them the best final product that we possibly can and make sure that no one can tell that we were ever working on restoring the communities that we had the pleasure to work on. This position was incredible and I learned so much about the industry as well as creating and nurturing relationships. As a Project Manager for Reconstruction Experts, Inc. My role was very diverse. I was responsible for the administrative duties of projects, providing communication to all parties involved, providing field oversight and assistance, preparing estimates, marketing the company and selling jobs. Administrative duties included: generating contracts for clients such as attorneys, home-owners, HOA presidents, as well as subcontractors. Other administrative duties included: producing change orders, invoices, create project budgets, project adjustments and RFI's, preparing schedules. I also had many on site project responsibilities including managing safety, overall code compliance, site inspections, site presentations upon completion and marketing the company. In this role I successfully completed over 60 projects while managing a team of 4 individuals including two superintendents and two foramen. within my first year our divisions gross revenue exceeded $2.4M in 2018 and $3.25M in 2019.
