      My role in the team is to help candidates decipher which CIPD course best suits their needs. Once we come to a conclusion it is then down to me to enrol the candidate on the selected course and pass over to our training team.       At Keith Michaels I have worked in a number of different teams meaning I have knowledge of different areas in the insurance industry. I started with modified vehicles and then moved into the Expat business, my latest role see's me dealing with drivers of a high risk nature. That could mean they have had disqualifications in the past, or they could have criminal convictions. Tasks usually revolve around admin, accounts and securing the sale of policies to new and current clients, this can be done either via telephone or Email. Even though we are only a small company in size we are competing daily with brokers who are much more vast than us due to a portfolio of great schemes for the targeted clientele. As a member of a team that have all been with the company for a minimum of five years, working within a group environment is something that I have become very comfortable with, however I am more than capable of moving ahead with any project put in front of me on my own, and have proved myself to be a valuable asset to Keith Michaels as a company.
