      Within 6 months of starting at Spirit Skoda (Spire) I was able to get the Finance department first out of 147 dealers. This was possible with a fantastically structured process which also gave the Salesman autonomy to their own processes. All Products and PPU were consistently over budget.

      Working at Spire Peugeot I have been able to motivate a team that were used to doing allot of cash deals to start concentrating on finance and add on’s. Since starting, I have had a massive impacted not only on the F&I side of the business but also the sales side as well, I have done this by meeting every customer before they go out on a test drive and second facing all customers at the point of the offer sheet. I have created a new board for the sales office so the salesman can see how many Gap, Smart, Supagard and Tyre and Key they have sold for the month also how much finance profit they have made, I also send out a weekly League which targets them on F&I this shows them how many units, finance, PCP and add on’s they have sold for the month. I value most part exchanges and stack most of the deals as I am the salesman first point of call this has enabled me to see the benefits of pricing the part exchange correctly for trade / re-sale, not discounting the chassis first as the chassis profit is the best profit.
