Following graduation in December 2018, I accepted a full-time Assistant Golf Professional position at the JW Marriott Marco Island. Below are some key contributions and experience gained at my present facility: Outperformed all national JW Marriott’s in 2019 by producing the highest overall facility revenue with exceptional Margins. Collaborated with the General Manager and both Directors of Golf on Marriott’s first implementation of the EZSuite IBS Console POS system at both golf properties in 2019. -Influenced the development of policies and procedures of receiving inventory Refined quality control of merchandise in the golf shop by implementing a folding board and established a systematic approach to making different styles of folds with shop inventory. Promoted and carried out multiple brand promotions to membership, assisting with obtaining budget goals monthly & annually.
