In particular, I was responsible for writing a number of internal policies and procedures for the firm, to ensure compliance with the requirements laid down by the Solicitor’s Regulatory Authority; assisted with the implementation and marking of a continuous audit programme; developed training for the firms staff; assisted the Director of Risk and Compliance with the resolution of conflicts, and the screening of prospective clients; and prepared detailed monthly reports on risk and security for the firms board of senior partners.
