  I join the company as a kitchen associate while my main tasks were to cook all food within 10 mins while keeping high kitchen standards at all times. While being in the kitchen I was promoted to a team leader while I was giving tasks to supervise the kitchen staff while the kitchen manager was off. When the kitchen manager left I was promoted to a shift leader which I was left to manage.
