  I supervised 16 instructors across the US. We provided training in emergency roadside service. Courses included customer service, battery testing and replacement, unlocking vehicles, flatbed and wheel lift towing, vehicle recovery, and communication equipment use. I was the sole instructional designer and was responsible for training the trainers. I was the project lead in conversion of instructor led training to distance learning courses.
